**If you use our
secure Online Reservation System you will be charged a
booking fee by the owner-operator Worldres. WorldRes will not be refund
this fee for any reason. A TreeHouse B&B will give you a credit for this
booking fee that will be applied to your bill on departure. However, if
you cancel your reservation, A TreeHouse B&B will be unable to give you credit
for this fee for any reason.**
**If you book directly with us by
email or by our toll free number, you will not incur the Worldres booking

You can use our online
reservation system to determine our availability for the dates you want. If our online reservation system
says that we are full on any of the dates you require, contact us directly by phone
(Use our toll free number) or email
(bb@treehousebb.com) for information on recent cancellations or for recommendations for all
other excellent licensed and inspected Vancouver bed and breakfasts that we team with
(1 phone call on our toll free number - many B&Bs) that do have openings on the dates required.
Our online reservation system may
appear to be full or the rates unchanged on Specials dates. Confirm Specials
rates directly by
phone or by email. Discounts applied on departure.

Check-in after 4:00pm or earlier by prior arrangement. As soon as
possible after you arrive in Vancouver, we encourage you to drop off your luggage and pick
up your keys. You are welcome to move in prior to regular check-in time if your
accommodation is ready. You can also pick up a copy of our TreeHouse Restaurant
Guide,
the best map of attractions in Vancouver and the lower mainland that we have found to
date, and a copy of our TreeHouse Best of Vancouver Tour.

Our "Chef's
Chouce" 4 Course Gourmet Breakfast is served everyday at 9:00am. Options by request
only before 6:00pm the night before: a self-catered Continental Breakfast
in your room; a Continental Breakfast in the Dining Room at a pre-arranged
time; a Bag Breakfast to take with you. Please let us know your
choice including no breakfast as soon as possible.

Candles are not
permitted in the rooms due to fire regulations.

Our house is entirely
smoke-free. Smoking is permitted outside only in designated areas.

Damage policy: The
person registering is responsible for all damages caused by the registered
guests (or their family, friends, or visitors, etc) during their
registered stay. This includes damage to the house and to the property
including, but not limited to the yard, common areas, rooms, furnishings
and fixtures. The credit card which is given to secure and guarantee the
reservation will be charged for any damages.

Cancellation policy:
The deadline for canceling your reservation is 14 days
prior to your arrival. We require at least 14 days advanced notice for a full refund.
If
you give us less than 14 days notice, you will be charged a 1 night
minimum and for any nights that we cannot rebook; you will not be charged
for any nights that we can rebook except for one.
The credit card which is given to secure and guarantee the reservation
will be charged for the total reservation at the time of cancellation; a
subsequent credit will be issued for the nights that we can rebook except
for the minimum one night penalty.

We highly recommend that our guests
carry Travel / Trip Cancellation Insurance to cover their emergencies.
