****TreeHouse Guest Profile****

TreeHouse Guests tend to be Ethical, Progressive, Intelligent Consumers
who know the difference between Value and Price.
Staying at TreeHouse amounts to a saving of as much as 25-35% over comparable hotel accommodations:
See Detailed Hotel Cost Comparison

TreeHouse Guests understand that a B&B is not a hotel. It is someone's home. During their stay, they treat the people they meet, including the owners and other guests, and the personal property they use with empathy, care and respect. They abide by the "Golden Rule":
"They treat other people in a way that they would wish to be treated themselves."

TreeHouse Guests know that B&Bs cannot carry insurance to cover the loss of revenue due to cancellations. B&Bs are small businesses and unlike hotels are unable to overbook their small number of rooms to cover guest cancellations. Guests would be very unhappy if they arrived to find that their accommodation had been overbooked, their reservation had been cancelled at the last minute, and that they would not be staying at the B&B where they thought they had a confirmed and guaranteed reservation.

TreeHouse Guests know that under the hotel act, B&Bs cannot be responsible for lost or stolen articles. They understand that their own Homeowner Insurance Policy covers such events. Almost always the articles have just been misplaced. If the articles are found at TreeHouse after the guests leaves, they are returned (by mail, courier, etc) at cost.
